The Wyoming Valley West School District is a public school istrict in the Wyoming Valley, Pennsylvania. It consists of the Wyoming Valley West Senior High School, the Wyoming Valley West Middle School, and seven elementary schools: Chester Street, Dana Street, Pringle, State Street, Schuyler Avenue, Third Avenue, and Main Street. Wyoming Valley West consists of nine boroughs: Courtdale, Edwardsville, Forty Fort, Larksville, Luzerne, Plymouth, Pringle, Kingston, and Swoyersville. The school colors are burgundy and gold. A Spartan is the school's mascot. Dr. Michael Garzella currently serves as the school district's superintendent. Currently due to last spring's discussions at board meetings, there is a structured code policy that forbids wearing cargo pants, jeans, and shirts without a collar.
